Prices are less than one-quarter to one-tenth the prices of Costa Rica or Southern California respectively. Panama City and Volcan, Panama This area will surprise you with its infrastructure, cultural diversity, and sophistication. Panama City has a glut of first class property in a city of over 1 million people. Volcan offers a Spring-like climate year round, fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery.
