Buyer and Seller Programs

We are so confident of the services we offer that if sellers agree to:

• list their homes at the prices we recommend,
• prepare their homes for sale according to our recommendations,
• maintain their homes in marketable condition,
• and make their homes available for showings at reasonable times,

we will waive our share of the commission not promised to a cooperating broker if the seller's home has not sold within the first 120 days of the listing agreement.

Under this program, sellers have the opportunity to pay a reduced commission if there is no cooperating agent and retain the right to sell their home on their own if they choose, with/or without our assistance.  Sellers pay for only the services they use and are free to market their homes on their own in addition to marketing provided by our team.

Our Flat Fee Listing program is designed to allow sellers to save thousands of dollars in real estate commissions  while providing top notch marketing services.  For sellers who are tired of paying too much to sell their homes, this is a fantastic option.  This program is not a watered down service and includes premium services such as professional photography and a consultation with a professional accredited home stager.  We like to say that we offer "A premium service at a fair price."

Our VIP Buyer Program allows home buyers to profit from the home buying experience as well as help them find the home that best meets their needs in the timeframe they determine.  Ask us about the specific terms of the program and we will be happy to discuss them in person.
