Cypress Creek Ranch is located just East of North Fry Road in Northwest Harris County just South of U.S. Highway 290.

This community is characterized by larger homes on oversized lots.  In fact, most lots are between three quarters of an acre to one acre.  The community does not offer a community pool or playgrounds, but most residents don't mind since their back yards easily accommodate pools and playground equipment.  The neighborhood also has its own private water supply which means the community does not have any MUD taxes.

Cypress Creek Ranch is in close proximity to the Blackhorse Ranch Golf Club, the new Simon outlet mall, U.S. Highway 290 shopping and the Skinner Road Park and Ride.
