Auburn Lakes, a development of Peramco, Inc., is a 500 acre master planned community that is located just South of The Woodlands off of Gosling Road.  This community offers many of the lifestyle benefits of The Woodlands without the associated higher cost of living of the Woodlands.  The community is centered around natural areas and the Willow Creek Golf Course and minutes from The Woodlands Mall.

There are three primary sections of Auburn Lakes:  Auburn Lakes Estates, The Courts at Auburn Lakes, and The Village at Auburn Lakes offering different house plans by different builders at different price points.  Auburn Lakes Estates homes are on larger lots and border the golf course and start out at $650,000 and go up from there.  Auburn Lakes Retreat offers larger lots not on the golf course and start out at $320,000 and go up from there.  Aubrun Lakes Reserve and Pines offers homes starting at $170,000 and up.

The community offers many community lakes, the Willow Creek Golf Club and a 5,600 sq. ft. recreation center with banquet room, full kitchen, a fitness center, a pavilion, children's playground, pool and children's splashpad.  The community also offers miles of walking trails through the community that wind by the many lakes.
